The Cytonn High Yield Fund (CHYF) is a Collective Investment Scheme that has a high allocation towards investment in real estate assets, which have consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver higher returns than those from traditionally available assets. The investment objective of CHYF is to obtain a high level of current income while protecting investors' capital. To achieve this, the Fund's objective will be to outperform the income yield available from commercial banks by investing in alternative investments such as real estate and other investment instruments with higher rates of return. The Fund will allocate up to 80% of the portfolio to real eatate investment instruments.

Regulatory Oversight – The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has oversight of CHYF's operations. Monthly reports are filed with CMA to ensure that the Fund Manager is investing according to the investment guidelines set by the Authority. This ensures that Investors' funds are protected.
Oversight by Trustees – In addition to having regulatory oversight, the Fund also has a separate trustee who ensures that the fund operates in accordance with the regulations. This also acts to protect investors' funds.

How do I transfer money from my bank account to CMMF?
Via Direct Deposit:
1. Enter Cytonn’s Money Market Fund Account Number “1222 1595 46”
2. Enter the amount to deposit
3. Enter your client code under the narration or reason section.
You shall receive a business confirmation in 24 hrs.

Via Pesalink:

You can deposit to the CMMF account in your preferred bank channel: USSD, mobile app, ATM, internet, agent or branch)

Step 1: Select “Send to Account” on the Pesalink menu option

Step 2: Enter Cytonn’s Money Market Fund Account Number “1222 1595 46”

Step 3: Select KCB Bank from the provided list of banks

Step 4: Enter the amount to deposit

Step 5: Enter your client code under the narration or reason section.

Step 6: Go to your online account via web or mobile app, create a top-up of the same amount you did via pesalink and attach the proof of payment

You shall receive a business confirmation in 24 hrs.
How do I access my new CMMF account?
You can manage your CMMF account in the following ways:

To access via *809#
1. After creating your account via *809#, we shall send you a text message with your temporary PIN.
2. Dial *809# and enter the temporary PIN sent to you.
3. Change to your preferred PIN
To access via Web Portal
1. Visit clients.cytonn.com
2. Select Activate my account
3. Enter your assigned username or email address used to register
4. Verify your identity using the verification token sent to you on SMS
5. Create and confirm your password
6. Login
To access via Mobile App
1. Activate your account via the web portal as shown above.
2. Download the Mobile App from the Play Store or App Store.
3. Enter your Login details.
How do I change my Mobile/Bank details?
1. Login to clients.cytonn.com
2. Click on your name at the top right corner
3. Select profile
4. Under bank details, choose edit.
How do I retrieve my statement?
You can retrieve your statement in the following ways:

2. Click View statements under Quick actions.
3. Select product
4. Enter start date & end date
5. Click Get Statement in PDF
Via Web Portal
1. Login to clients.cytonn.com
2. Click My Statements on the side-bar
3. Select product
4. Enter the start date and the end date
5. Choose to download as PDF or Excel
How do I close my CMMF Account?

To close your CMMF account, send an email to operations@cytonn.com, asking us to close your account.
