Welcome to Cytonn Foundation

Cytonn Foundation is an initiative of Cytonn Investments focused on giving back to society through skill development. We focus on causes that resonate with our values and those that we collectively care about.

Entrepreneurship

We offer training and mentorship through the Cytonn Young Leaders' Program (CYLP) and the Cytonn Summer Associate Program (CSAP).

CYLP is a competitive 12-week training and mentorship program for fresh graduates. It provides them a chance to acquire on-the-job experience in a fast-paced work environment. CSAP is an intensive and competitive 12-week summer training program that provides exemplary graduate school students the chance to get a diverse experience and participate in shaping the investment landscape in East Africa.

We also train media professionals on investments, finance and real estate in a bid to contribute to the growth of financial journalism and improve the quality of information available to the public.
